Continental United States Orders

  • All Toppenish Rodeo orders will be processed and confirmed within 1 business day of receipt
  • Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. Toppenish Rodeo observes all federal holidays
  • Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability and shipping tracking information will be provided via e-mail after each order is accepted and processed
  • All orders will be shipped via UPS and/or a brokered freight company, and therefore must be associated with a physical address. Toppenish Rodeo cannot ship to PO boxes

Expected Delivery Dates

  • All dates are estimates and may vary
  • Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing
  • Transit days for ground shipment deliveries account for business days only, and do not include weekends or holidays

Standard Shipping and Handling Rates:

  • Standard UPS and/or brokered freight shipping rates apply to all Toppenish Rodeo purchases
  • Actual rates at time of purchase may vary and will be displayed in your Shopping Cart or Shipping Quote during the order process
  • All associated shipping and handling charges will be displayed at the time of Check-Out. Once an order is confirmed and processed, customers will not be subject to any further charges

Please Note The Following

  • Toppenish Rodeo orders will only be processed and shipped to addresses within the United States
  • Toppenish Rodeo does not ship to APO/FPO addresses
  • Washington state residents will be charged applicable sales tax. Residents of other jurisdictions may be charged sales tax as required by applicable law
  • All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US$
  • Customer orders will leave the Toppenish Rodeo store in new condition. Risk of loss passes to the customer once packages are delivered to the UPS and/or brokered freight. If orders are damaged during transit, please contact UPS or brokered frieght immediately to make a claim
